Client Manager Pro

Welcome to Client Manager Pro — a lightweight CRM built entirely in Excel using VBA.

This tool is designed for freelancers, consultants, and small business owners who want to manage their client data directly in Excel — no subscription, no third-party tools.

The tool opens with a dynamic UserForm generated entirely by VBA code. You don't need to draw anything manually — it builds itself when you run the Launch_ClientManager macro.

You can add new client records, search by name, edit existing entries, and now even save your updates or clear the form for new input. All records are saved to a worksheet called “Clients”, which is automatically created if it doesn’t exist.

The interface is simple but powerful. Enter the client’s name, company, email, last contact date, status, and notes. Click “Add” to save a new record, or “Search” to find existing ones. Select an item and click “Edit” to load it. Modify the details and hit “Save” to update the same row. Click “Clear” to reset the form.
